Some problems in Pacific demo

Hello,
First, I don't know if this thread goes here or in "Legacy bugs"
I have recorded a video with some bugs (I think so) in Pacific demo. This is the link: www.youtube.com/watch?v=_8xcIVHa0rw
Some textures (or decals, I'm not sure) dissapear when I turn up or turn down the camera, this happen also with some meshes like rocks.
About the physics, some time it is a bit slow (specially with some explosions), the cloth physics collision is also a bit slow (I have tested cloth physics in other game engines and it's more precise) (well, I think this is not a bug).
My PC's characteristics are:
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Intel Core 2 Quad 6700
GeForce GTX 260
All graphic drivers are updated
