Unable to Login and Upgrade

Hi,

Is anyone else having problems logging into the site to get the latest versions of Torque after having previously purchased a license?

I bought Torque back in January (2011) and now when I try to log in with the account created for the purchase I get the message "Account is not Active." I even went back to the original activation email from GG to click the activation link, and after seeing the message "Account Activated" trying to log in still shows the same not active message.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

What is the e-mail associated with that account and I can activate it? If the activation link must be clicked within 24 hours of receipt, I believe.

That explains why I can't activate using an email from January. :)

I've emailed you directly with the address...
