My cube falls below terrain and goes on...

Hi Everyone,
I made a cube in lightwave 10 and imported it into milkshape 3d as .lwo and then i exported it as .dts which I use currently in torque. It is assigned rigidShape datablock because i want to perform some impulse on it. However when I load it as, through scripted -> DiceData in the world editor, the cube falls off below the terrain. Can anyone tell me what happened to the cube?
As I inherit the datablock from "BoundingBoulder" too, so I think it should be spawn normally and hit the terrain, but it didn't.
What can I do with the cube?
Thanks in advance and apologize if this issue has been discussed before.
