Question about logo guidelines...

If I left the Torque splash screen in my game, would that get rid of the need to have the logo in the corner of the main menu?

I have been scripting mods for a game called "Blockland" and I decided to take a shot at making my own game. I am currently working on my own game titled "Celestial Online".

Quote:
3.3.1. display the Torque Logo, consistent with the Logo Guidelines, in the start-up sequence of the Product (unless waived by GarageGames);

3.3.2. display in the "About" box or in the credits screen of the Product the text "Powered by Torque [Version]";

You require the splash screen and credit screen/About box. You don't require it on the Main Menu.

Out of curiosity, why did you think you needed it on the main menu? I'm looking at cleaning up information and language so that it is much easier to understand. I'm wondering where this perception came from.
