TGB Platformer Kit - Indie/Commercial Question

Hello all, i'm new to the site and programing in general but have some great ideas for a couple games that i hope to make with the Torque 2D engine. Was thinking of making my first game a side scroller and therefore buying the TGB Platformer Kit.

My question is : If i buy the indie pro version of the kit ($100), can i at a later date buy the Commercial version before i start selling the game? Either pay the difference and upgrade or outright pay the full $400 for it? Just a little strapped for cash at the moment and would rather buy the indie for now.

You can sell your game with the indie version. You only need to upgrade if your company makes more than $250,000 a year.
