T3D Toolbox can't find Tutorials.dll

Maybe I'm being lazy; I dunno. I installed T3D on a machine running Win7 Home, 64-bit. I know the garagegames.com website says "XP and Vista," but I decided to give it a try. I decided to just install it straight up and see what happened.

I'm working my way through the documentation, starting at the beginning. I got to the part where, in the Toolbox, I created the Tutorials project and then I clicked on the World Editor. (So far, everything has a familiar ring to it -- I was a serious TGE programmer a few years ago.) Yabut when I clicked on the World Editor, I got this error message:

I checked the Tutorialsgame directory, and Tutorials.dll is sitting right there, next to Tutorials.exe. Any idea why Win7 can't see it? Is this a Win7 problem (and is it fixed in T3D 1.1)? A DirectX problem? An RTFM problem?

UPDATE BEFORE POSTING: Nevermind. It was a combination of DirectX and RTFM. I was ignoring all of the earlier statements that said "Make sure you have the latest version of DirectX installed." So I was being lazy. The moral of the story: No matter what version of Windows you're running, make sure you have the latest version of DirectX installed.
