T3D 1.1P - ScatterSky and TimeOfDay Don't Save

Good day

I am creating a map in the preview version of the torque and found this:

Insert and configured ScatterSky TimeOfDay and also, when I save and load the mission again, and ScatterSky TimeOfDay not save its position, moreover, unless when I leave the play enabled, when I load it is disabled. Is this normal?

I was going through and editing the scattersky documentation yesterday and could not replicate this. I am using the latest repo build to work on docs, though. I'll have to check in 1.1p ootb.
