Help Needed

I am creating a basketball game for the xbox 360 through the indie games channel. I already have artwork, an arena and player model already ready to go.

But i'm in search of a programmer to help me program the game itself. I don't have much knowledge of programming so i'm looking for someone to help in doing the programming of the game. Here is what i'm looking for to be coded/programmed

Tasks
Frame work – menu system
Game World
Ball (inc physics)
Player controls
Team AI
Enemy AI
Normal game rules
Playoff Rules

I'm willing to give a share of the profits to any programmer or programmes who are willing to help me out in this project.
