Anyone interested in joining the new and exciting PsychoScrum

This is not the Think Tanks Scrum league.
This is an totally new league with new rules and schedule.
It does not replace the scrum league... if scrum league is American football... PsychoScrum is arena football!!!

Tonight at 7PDT is another match in the long saga of Scrum Tournament. The merciless Dementia will try to inflict some painful hits on the emerging Amnesia, the latter bustling with confidence after last week victory.
Hugobrain, appearing covered with fur coats in a solid gold tank confirmed he will attend the match tonight. 'I'm not use to losing. Doesn't look good with the babes'. Azazel, sun-tanning and still stretching in his luxurious mansion, was mellow. 'I might send a bot to replace me. Amnesia is small game for me'. Weentank, cruising in his tank in Amsterdam's Street, said to an ad hoc press conference: 'As soon as I locate the nearest coffee shop, I'm logging in and I'm ready to play!' Sherman, Major and Jangy were playing pool at a corner shop. 'We're killing time. No need to train further.'
In Amnesia's camp, the tension ran high: 'I'll try not to show up, er, to show up, er, not sure', said an obviously confused FP. 'WAZZZUP' kept repeating Tankster #1, circling in the corner of the arena. 'Last game's win goes to my head', confessed a smug Tally. 'We'll be there' the pompous Baba and Dar said to the reporters. 'In Italy, we stick with the family'. Michael was nowhere to be seen; rumors abounded he was training in tank driving in a secret facility in Qatar.
Meanwhile the streets were quiet, with only isolated incidents. The picture below is from one Amnesia fan, disappointed with last season records. Before throwing herself down the 5th floor, she has been heard uttering: 'I'm sick of Amnesia losing!' The FBI is inquiring.

I hereby petition the teams to name this Psycho Scrum Season 3 "Where the Hell is Dork?".
I've sculpted the trophy below in honor of Dork to be awarded to the winner.
BTW the season is tied 1 - 1

Like some of you may know, TD is serving the general public by being a policeman. As in, a cop. I sure hope nothing evil happened to him while he was paytrolling his beat! I've been thinking for a while to start a post like 'Dorky we miss ya' or something.

Dementia is up in season three 2 games to 1
Stealth, PsychoScrum is a small league and we dont really do any recruiting. Actually it's one big grudge match that will probably go on for quite some time. As it stands now we have more team members showing up than there's space on the field. We do have a spot on the Dementia roster taken by a player that said he can't play and has never shown up. Maybe next season we can get you in. When Tank Dork returns to action you may want to talk to him about it.

I'm thinking of maybe starting a thread to restart the Saturday league. I don't want to manage it but maybe we can do it as a group. We have enough scrum players to really make it work now. I'll post a thread after the tournament.
BTW when Dork started the league the first two players on Amnesia were FP & him. With FP returning and Tanky crossing the fence I think the seasons will be a lot closer.

Dunno Hugo I've come to enjoy the weekly gathering of the usual suspects. Up to everyone I guess. We do seem to have evened the playing field so to speak anyway. I don't know how to implement 3 teams it seems 4 would be easier. i prefer it as it stands at 2. It's simple and everyone shows up:). It's just our 5x5 scrums are a blast and some cool peeps are left out =(

Well Az a simple way would be to post the score like Tally does, eg take a snapshot of the scoreboard at game's end and post them on this forum. No need for website, etc.It's just our 5x5 scrums are a blast and some cool peeps are left out =(

Myself, i see no need in this league to post scores here at the moment other than the season standing. Thats not what I was referring too BTW. If someone wants to do that by all means go ahead. I can or Tal if thats what people want np. I have no idea about a possible ETA for TD. I've just been sending stats to him as usual hoping he's going to rejoin us soon.

Of course there are some chronic no-show-ers on both teams.
I hear Tanky is going to start carding people at the door and use dementus as a bouncer.
Yes there are many more who should be included in scrum tourneys.
A revival of the Saturday League would fit that bill with multiple teams... isn't loler going to....lol!
It's all in the organization of it.

I too like the simplicity and (all too) familiarity of a two team league.Not to be exclusivist or anything.

I have to agree with the exclusive stance of bab and az on this one. psycho is for the psychos; the saturday is for the masses i think. i think the teams are large, but the games are always full, and i don't think i've seen more than a complaint here or there about an inabliity to get in.i could be coerced into co-running a new saturday league...
