how to make vehicle's left and right side movement by keyboard

i need to change vehicle's movement control completely to keyboard from mouse for left and right side move.and also want to control camera while playing with keyboard.
is there any resource for this?
if not then any guide on what i have to modify?

    Look in default.bind.cs (client scripts) - you can set the move/turn methods to any key/button you want. I *think* that for vehicles though only the hover vehicle can strafe.

    The Vehicle Camera Mouse Control - Driving and Looking Resource shows a basic implementation of splitting vehicle movement/look controls apart.

    after passing 5 busy days with my exam i had got time to sit down with this and that resource worked fine with vehicle.
    thanks michael.
    but there is a problem.i can not move camera with the mouse separately.is that the problem with Gideon model?

    and why the gg is not changing its t3d's mouse control for vehicle.today no vehicle are controled with mouse(except helicopters in call of duty:black ops,not wheeled vehicle)
