trueSpace7.6 setting

Good day all I am a nwbe at 3d someone told me about trueSpace7.6 is a good 3d tool to start with and it's free. So here I am. I am following the Introduction to create the angler fish. On the video it says to click on settings I do not see setting all I see is library and panel. Can someone tell me where settings are?
