Need help

New to programming and torque need help understand alot about engine. Trying to make a adventure game point and click something like Back to the Future the Game...

A ton of tutorials & examples are installed along with the engine. Those are a great place to start.

@Courtney - Welcome to the community! I definitely suggest you look at the overview sections for each component of the engine (Editors, Scripting, Art). You can see some quick links in the Documentation Landing Page. You should be able to prototype using just scripts and the editors. The RTS prototype tutorial is somewhat advanced, but it does talk about point and click movement.

Welcome!

As mentioned above the documentation is a great place to start. You might also want to look into grabbing a Book on the Torque Engine, as even the books with older versions of the engine are still very relevant today.

@Robert Fritzen where can i get torque engine books at? I look at Amazon and found 3d game programming all in one its good but what something closer to torquescript and point and click.
