Is this still offered? What does it include and what's the costing etc?

I'm just imagining what I would do if I wished to port a TGB game over to the 360 Marketplace.

TorqueX lets you do XBox Live Indie Games.

You should check that out if you haven't already.

It is still offered. You need to be a licensed Xbox developer with access to the XDK to make use of it. If you are already licensed but the console manufacturer, e-mail licensing@garagegames.com to get more information.
