Hi Paul,

Am I to assume you are looking for (or open to) remote employment opportunities? Also, is this a paid position (I'm assuming it is)? Is this a full-time position?

Can you provide any additional details in regards to the chat server you want written? Is it web based? Is it supposed to run in a Torque product? Is it an IRC integration?

Thanks,
Chris

EDIT: According to your website, it looks like you are using T3D as a base with heavy modifications. Is your chat server an in-game integration with T3D?

Chris:

This is a small self funded company. We have people all over the US so we tend to use SVN and chat programs to communicate. Work is primarily done after 5 as this is a second job for us. As far as this being a full time/paid position - we are handling any and all compensation on an individual basis, but no, this is not a weekly compensation, 9-5 type job. Can it be eventually? that is what we are all hoping for.

The chat server/system we are looking for will be an in-game integration with T3D, yes.

I hope this was helpful.

Paul... Just to clarify, is this an hourly paid position? Milestone based compensation? Is there any compensation at all? How many hours per week are you looking for?

By the way ... I like your website a lot. (and your logo). Very professional looking. Very nice!

if you are looking for volunteer work or royalty-on-release work then you might consider posting a lot more details about your project, screenshots, etc. etc. etc.

Chris... this a volunteer/resume buffer/royalty upon release job. could it possibly be something more in the future? yes. For now, thats the best we can do. we are rather hoping to find people who are looking to start somewhere and get experience, or more experienced people that are willing to take a chance and see what happens.

as far as screenshots and details about the project, we are holding off until we are a bit further along before posting anything. We are discussing having a few blogs on what we are doing being posted here in the near future.

Thank you for the comments on the web site. its still very rough and we plan on getting a much cleaner site up in the near future. as the saying goes - only so many hours in the day!
