After years of development i give up and sell my Airfix-Project complete.

Are you allowed to resell a license? I'm checking the 3D Gamestudio terms of service and they seem to have some kind of clause about not doing this. Do you have a link to the EULA for the software available?

Found the answer on the Licensing page:

Quote:Reselling the Software. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this Agreement, provided you (a) have purchased the software directly from the Manufacturer, (b) notify the Manufacturer about the transfer and the recipient, (c) transfer all of the Software (including all component parts, the user ID, password, the media and printed materials), (d) retain no copies, and (e) the recipient agrees to abide by all of the terms of this Agreement. Upgrades can not be transferred separately; if the Software is upgraded, any transfer must include the original version of the Software and all of your rights therein. Team Editions and second hand purchased software can not be transferred.

So it looks like you have to notify them of the reselling, ie get their permission.

This is not a problem.
After sale i send the new customer data to 3dgs.
This happen often, and they support this good.
