TGB 1.7.5 issue

So I'm trying to learn from tutorials but all the sudden my Image builder won't work anymore, it just comes up with the background color I choose and doesn't show the image at all, so I though maybe it'll still work if I do what the tutorial says so i put in the number and size of the cells and hit create and it didn't do anything, it removed the image builder window and there was no image cut into pieces like their should had been, what do I do?
