a magic the gathering style game?

So I'm completely new to programming and game building but I already know what kind of game I really want to make, I've started to create a card game that is similar to the popular Magic the Gathering, and Yu-Gi-Oh, so I'm not looking for someone to do this for me I'm wanting to do it myself so does anyone have links to tutorials that would get me started in knowing the program as well as get me pointed in the right direction to building this game?
