Skins that don't work?

For some reason when I make a skin and run it My tanks look all white. Can ANYone help me?

The skin size,is it divisible by 16 (pixels) like 1,32,64,96,128,256,512...

If that doesnt work, then I dont know.

What do you make skins in?This was sorta on this topic so i went ahead and asked.Sorry devestator if you didnt want me to.
