Question about torque versions

Hi all, this is my first post so please be gentle!
My question is regarding the various versions of torque available. From what I understand, there are 6 products available to buy, being: Torque 2D, Torque 3D, iTorque, Torque X, Torque 360 and Torque for Wii.
What I want to know is whether it is worth buying all of the first 4 on the list? Since Torque X is based on c#, is it worth me getting torque 3d for windows games? Will I be missing out on features if I don't get torque 3d? Also, is iTorque just an advanced version of torque 2d?
I want to try my hand at developing for all platforms, except Wii and ps3, so do I need all of the products?
Also, what is torque game engine and torque game builder? Separate products or part of the above mentioned products?
I really appreciate any clarification I can get on this!
Thanks,
Paul

So i guess it's Torque 3D, Torque 2D and iTorque for me then!
It's a shame about Torque X being discontinued. I had hoped to develop for the xbox as well, but if the software isn't fully supported anymore, i'm not sure it's worth forking out an extra $99. Just really didn't want to have to learn how the XNA framework worked completely!
Ah well. Thanks again!

TGE and TGEA are no longer included with the purchase of T3D.

I see. So if T3D is the third iteration of the 3D engine, it should include the features that TGE and TGEA had right?

Can T3D create code for iOS? I see it is stated on the description page for T3D but I also read somewhere else that T3D for iOS was discontinued, is this correct?

Could use a better platform core, at least on Mac.

iT3D was (temporarily?) discontinued. They're focusing on getting the current ones more solid rather than stretching their resources too thinly. So T3D+iT2D is getting the attention, although I really, really hope T2D also gets some love soon :)Could use a better platform core, at least on Mac.

The console engines are available via special arrangement (and special prices :), and are based on several of the other engines.
iTorque 2D is not a more or less advanced engine than Torque 2D. It's T2D optimised for iOS-based devices. Torque 3D is the flagship engine, and considering they're discontinuing TX, yeah, I'd say get T3D before TX unless you have to support Xbox indie game stuff. TX is community supported, so I dunno how much time people can spend on improving it. New features would also be limited by the hardware of the console in question, so T3D would be the more modern one. Whenever they add DirectX 11 features and the latest shader models, that is :)
Torque Game Engine is the first 3D engine. T3D is the third in the line. TGE and TGEA are no longer sold. You might get them free with purchase of T3D, but I don't know for sure.
Torque Game Builder is the old name for T2D. Pretty much the same thing still.
