what is wrong with this software?

I must admit that I was quite happy to buy this game engine once the price went down. But now, working my way through the tutorials, I am starting to have second thoughts.
First of all the tutorials are a mess. Grammar errors, errors of logic, annoying pop-ups and missing files such as the particle images from the first tutorial or the background image from the whack-a-mole tutorial... and I bet there are more.
Why the developers released such a horrible documentation is beyond me. All these are simple things to fix, and they should be fixed fast. But making a search for "torque whack a mole background missing" and there is a forum post that pops up of a guy that has the same problem, and it is from 2009!!!
What are you guys doing to fix the tutorials and help? I got to say that I was happy to buy your product at a reduced price... but this smells quite bad.
Bugs, missing parts, incomplete documentation. I cannot believe that you guys requested 250$ for this junk.
So far it lowered my expectation about this engine and its true value. When I read the forum posts about bugs and problems I am really horrified about my real perspectives on completing a game using your software.
So... what is happening with your software? Why aren't these problems fixed yet? Stop adding features and make it work perfectly as it should.
And fix the tutorials, and documentation, it is a shame!

Keep in mind that a lot of the Tutorials are written by other Indie Devs, and not by GarageGames.

@Lonnie - Also worth keeping in mind that lots of people have finished and published games with this engine. The problems with the tutorials are obviously not show-stopping if one is willing to put in the necessary work.

@Pain - I disagree. This place is unfriendly to those who expect to make a best seller game and rake in the cash by clicking a few "do what I mean" buttons for a week. On the other hand, those who are willing to jump in, tinker, and learn usually find a lot of help and guidance here.@Lonnie - Also worth keeping in mind that lots of people have finished and published games with this engine. I do agree that it is terrible that this place is overly-scattered&Murky-veryUnfriendly to new people wanting to jump in and tinker/learn. ..& I hope that eventually changes for everyone's sake.
People are willing to help you in these forums and in IRC..so don't be afraid to ask.
