Can't see any options in Torque 3D

I tried to use Torque 3D Demo, i installed all the critical software needed to run the engine but i'm having a graphical problem t hat i'm not sure if it's caused because my outdated graphic card.
specification of my pc:
Pentium 4 3.0 Ghz
1 GB Memory Ram
100 GB Hard disk
Geforce Fx 5200 - 128mb
