Legal question

I remember to agree on the new license agreement and so I need to make this question clear to myself.

If I make a game and add a splashscreen with a logo and "Powered by Torque Game Builder" text in it. And left www.garagegames.com link just in the readme.txt file, is that enough or I have to set the link into the game?
