Following tut, now T3D 1.1v3 will not start up,[Closed]

I have been working at a snails pace on this tut:
http://docs.garagegames.com/torque-3d/official/index.html?content/documentation/World%20Editor/Editors/TerrainPainter.html
I did this, "You will want to remove any existing TerrainBlocks since we will be modifying a flat one for this article. From the Scene Tab in the Scene View panel, select the TerrainBlock object." (The little green mountain thing.) Since it did not match the tut 100% according the the picture. I did file save. Closed the Project. And restarted the project. It loads and I can get back in the editor by clicking on World editor.
I had sand ground cover before deleting the terrain block. After, I did not. But, I had sandy hills in the distance. Not sure why. (Not main issue, just curious as why I had them. Ideas anyone?)
I then attempted to follow this line:
"Next, open the file menu so we can create a blank terrain. Use the 512 resolution, and flat terrain option."
Directions where a little spotty, so I clicked "file" then "create blank terrain", I gave it a name of new "terrain 1" I left materail at Grass1, set resolution at 512, left at flat and clicked Create new.
I had a grass square.
Again, file save. exit. Tried to open the world editor and now T3D stops at "waiting for server"
Ideas?
Thank you in advance.
