DTS plugin issue

I am attempting to use a DTS exporter plugin for 3ds Max 2011 32-bit. The .dle file is in the plugins directory, however when I start 3ds I get an error message, which lists the directory path and a message saying "Error code 127 - The specified procedure could not be found". I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, running the program as administrator does not resolve the issue.

Any assistance on this matter would be appreciated.

I get an error when opening 3ds, the application still loads, but the plugin is not available... I will try the one you are using later, see if it works.

EDIT: Tried the plugin you suggested and it works fine! Thank you very much...
