Issue running Torsion

Hello,
My apologies if this has been answered in another thread, but for the life of me I can't seem to find an answer. I've recently downloaded the demo version of torque. When trying to launch the torsion script editor, nothing happens. A pop-up box warns me that if it does not start, then torsion may not be installed!
My question is, does torsion come with the demo? If so, where can I find the application in the directory to confirm? I've searched for *torsion but nothing returned. Any advice would greatly be appreciated.
