PNGS COME OUT AS BLOCKS? (FIXEDDDDDD!!!!!!)

Try placing a png image into torque x 2d and they come out as white blocks?

OK, Its not just PNGS it also JPEGS... They all come out in big white blocks, rather then the image itself... Its so bizarre. I reinstalled Torque X and its doing the same thing... Please help me!!!!
