New Torque 2D GUI Pro Project - Everything BLACK!!! HELP :(

Everytime, I start a new project in XNA, and debug the programme. The splash screens are fine, the main menu looks fine, then suddenly its just black, no garagegames logo what so ever. As whats meant to be stated in the book "The complete Guide to Torque X"... i know its changed alot over the past few years, altough even when i apply a material to the scene in torque builder... Still black...

And my 2nd thought was, even if the scene is black.
I converted the game to the xbox 360 and tried DEBUGGING it on my xbox 360. just to make sure my connections where working properly, and I eneded up getting over 700 errors... I cant understand?
