What is the Studio upgrade?

I've not been around for a while now, and I went to visit the Torque 3D page, and it's telling me that I can but Studio Pro for $25, but I have no idea what Studio Pro is.

Time was, I understood whether I was an Indie (I am) or not. Now, I'm confused.

What is Individual vs Individual Pro
What is Studio vs Studio Pro

Is that just the "You can create other than games, and don't have to display the made with Torque logo" clause?

Never mind. I found the answer hidden in section 2.3.2 of the licensing.
