torque loading spritesheet

Hello I'm a new user to torque and I'm using torque creators club, I'm having problems loading my sprite sheets. My sprite sheet is 4000x3000, 21 frames, and 5 columns.

oh and it also says file copy failed and I use a windows game template, and when I start it says its missing schema file.
