FAAD Experience

I am just wondering what anyone's experience with FAAD (Free App A Day) is. They contacted me recently and want me to invest $3500 to receive their promotions. On one side it seems fair considering their audience, 1.6 M but I am hesitant. $3000 is a lot of money for me right now. Does anyone have any experience with Free App A Day?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Say Justin, have you made any other games and if so, have you advertised them in War Evolved and as such have they succeeded?

It also looks like Apple pay extra attention to games which implement Game Center, with a special category on the AppStore front page. OF+GC = more promotion.

For those who haven't added OpenFeint, it's worth a look for more than just letting players have achievements. You can cross-promote your new games in an existing game, which is super-helpful for people with a popular one :)It also looks like Apple pay extra attention to games which implement Game Center, with a special category on the AppStore front page.
