Player not colliding with TSStatic (PhysX)

Hi I have implemented PhysX in my game but the it wont collide with TSStatics in the game. If I put the models into the Demo it works fine once I set the collision to Visible mesh.
I think it may be a problem with the player because it falls with simulation paused it still reacts the same way as it did prior to me adding in PhysX.
I am using Torque 3D 2009 Pro 1.1 Beta 2.
