Photoshop corruption after uninstalling package made w/ torque installer? - RESOLVED

So admittedly not the best subject line ever, but I'm at a loss here.

My artists first noticed this, and now I'm seeing it.

We are creating a game installation using Torque's installer toolkit - the one accessed through the "Package Product" button in the Torque 3D toolbox.

The resultant executable installs and runs fine. However, after uninstalling it, if it was installed on a machine that has a version of Photoshop installed on it, the Photoshop installation reports that the personalization information file is invalid, and won't start up the next time you run it. The only remedy then is to completely uninstall photoshop and re-install it.

We've gone through the process now a couple of times, and have verified it is in fact the installation and uninstallation of our package that leads directly to the photoshop corruption.

We haven't changed the stock installation scripts in anyway - we just modify the configuration through the toolbox, and let it do it's thing.

One thing that may be a factor, our application begins with ACA as the file name, and so it's installed directly above adobe in the applications path. This may or may not have anything to do with it, and I've heard the adobe installation can be finicky with where it lives in the applications path, but I'm pretty much just grasping at straws here.

If anyone else has seen any problems with their T3D program installations interfering with or modifying any other programs on the installed machine, please let me know. I don't want to distribute a game that could corrupt other software on the machine, and right now I'm at a loss.

Oh and the vitals:
Win 7 64 bit operating system,
Photoshop CS
Torgue 3D v1.1 Beta 2
