Sony Playstation Phone

Sony Playstation phone is realllll.

It uses a Android 3.0 (aka Gingerbread), and is like an iPhone except is has a drop down controller like an old nintendo controller.
I am wondering, if this took off, could Torque make itself compatible?

I would hope iTGB to be usable before they did any more porting.

Agreed
iTGB already doesn't work on the one very standardized platform it is targeted.
Not considering the mess it would have with 3 distinct sets of gpus and messy drivers etc on the android side and that without adding gingerbread to the equation at all ...

And no you are not allowed to port it

What do you mean iTGB does not work very well. You think it is not "click and point" easy enough?

Well, perhaps an iTGB that supported Android would be too much but what about a an all together separate Torque Android?

@rennie - Our current focus on our existing engines is polish. This includes bug fixes and completing features. This is priority #1. We are moving away from creating one-off versions of Torque to support emerging platforms/devices. We have publicly stated we have been working on a unifying our code base, so that is the next big drive.

Nice, well that will be great. Makes me think Torque is the place. Cheers and Good Luck!
