Looking for team members for several large projects

Greetings!
My software group is looking for directors, board members, programmers, artists, musicians, and designers to create games and utilities. While we once were more popular and won a few awards, the past few years have been slow and plagued with a lack of staff.
Payment will be made as a percentage of profits should a project get released for money, and said project sells.
All coders must be aware that we hold cross-platform capabilities as a priority, so DirectX only coders need not apply.
Reply here, contact me on AIM, MSN, Yahoo Messenger, or IRC, the contact information is below.

No email inquiries at this time, please.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Do you have any previous examples of work?

Balleroid II and Kamal have won awards.
Kamal was done by my groups vice president and some other folks. BII was done by us a long, long time ago, and will probably require the VB6 run time dll.
We have several projects in the works now, including a next generation graphics engine, an AI, and a few games, but we are very, very, short staffed.

I can compose music for your games. What kind of audio format do you usually use? I'm totally new to this site, so I haven't uploaded anything of my work. But if you still need a music composer, I can upload.
