.DAE file + .TGA only shows single color?

Hi!
I have just imported a object to one of my scenes and it seems to go as planned
until the object is loaded in and only one single color is showing. The texture
background on the texture itself is dark green so the model will only show dark green, if
i turn on transparancy (any kind) it will basicly show nothing in the world basicly remove the object or well
the ability to see it but the preview window shows a properly transparent texture.
I have tested the texture on other objects and on those they work fine, also i have
tested different textures on the .DAE object and they all show single color regardless of
format.
thing of note is this i get in the console:
Object mesh "XXXXXX" has no matching detail ("Detail1" has been added automatically)
Another thing of note is that it had 2 corrupted textures attached to it on inport that i changed via the editor to a different one or well the sameone but a non corrupt one.
Kind regards
Jonas

where exactly is the problem located if it does not load correctly? is it engine side or something wrong on export from the art program? and how is this fixed? the stock .DAE files in the engine is working fine so it shouldn't be that big of a error.
I am sorry but i cannot send you the file since my license for the object does not allow that.

Impossible to tell from the information given. If you have successfully exported another model using a similar process before then it is likely to be an issue on the T3D import side.
It could very well be an issue that has already been fixed, in which case your only option may be to wait for the updated binary version to come out.
Which modeling app are you exporting from? Are you able to successfully export a different model? eg. If you export a simple textured box does it display ok in T3D?

I bought the model that is faulty but i was ensured that it was exported correctly, but i tested to download a free model from some random directory that was .DAE and it was working perfectly so im not sure its really odd.

Do you know which modeling app was used to export the model that is not working?

It's not that odd really. Different modeling apps do different things with the collada spec so just because one model loads does not have any bearing on whether another unrelated one will.Do you know which modeling app was used to export the model that is not working?

Unfortunantly i do not, since i bought the model it could be anyone.

If you open up the .dae file in wordpad does it mention a particular application?

Sorry for the lack of a final post on this one, i just wanna say that the issue has now been fixed thanks to everyone that helped.

I assume you are using the T3D binary? There have been many updates to the collada loader since that release - if you send me the model (email in profile, remove the NULL) I can test if it works in the current T3D 1.1b3.
