Edit: Following naming conventions.
I went looking through the new documentation to see if I was just missing a step. I couldn't find very much information so I decided to post and see what you guys are getting.

So I created a new install of T3D beta 3 and created a project and named it test.
I then went in to the toolbox an choose package checked web and modified the requested fields to testCompany and testGame.
I then said start and waited for it to finish.
It then opened up to a folder where I had an installer type looking file and a folder that said web.
I opened up the folder that said web.
I renamed the sample.html to index.html.
I then uploaded the contents to the site in the appropriate location for testing.
I then browsed to the site and clicked the (Get the Plugin!) button.
I tried both ways (Choosing ran or save as)
After it downloaded I then installed it with the default settings.
It says at the very end it will open it up in a webpage and it does open up a webpage.
The webpage is the same webpage I had uploaded to my site.
For some reason I was able to do this with a previous beta without any difficulties. Why does it now work now? What did I miss? Is this just me? I didn't spend a ton of time on it yet so it could be something simple.

I just realized that if I wanted to create a cat that caught on fire and ran up a telephone pole and then burst into a blue waterfall. That wouldn't be to hard!

@Jesse
I'm not quite following what the issue you're seeing here is. Is it opening the webpage but not loading the game?

As for any missing steps, when you change the settings of the web plugin you have to regenerate the solution and recompile it.

Right, it opens a webpage but all you can do is redownload the game. It does nothing more.

Regenerate the solution and recompile it. Alright let me give that a try and repost. Thank you Scott!

Hmm, I did the steps and hopefully corrected all of the links that needed to be fixed since they didn't automatically update. I was still getting the same error. Perhaps I'm confused about how this is suppose to work?
This is an example of a unity plug-in web install. Is it suppose to act like that?

I still don't think I'm doing this right. I honestly remember doing this in a previous version of T3D beta and it worked fine. If you need a video scott just let me know and I'll make one.

I think I had that happen to a user with 1.0.1 at my last job. There isn't anything blocking ActiveX controls is there? Are you using IE or FF?

I don't think there were any ActiveX controls blocking it. I am using IE 8

Blergh, I was hoping that was it. Ok, if you don't mind making a video of the process you're going through that may be the fastest way to see what's going wrong. There's a post I made somewhere on the forums that details all the necessary steps for configuring the web plugin. I haven't been able to find it yet, but I'll keep digging for it.

Wow thats crazy, I just did it with all of the defaults and it worked like a charm. So, what did I change that caused it not to work as intended :/
