Tilelayers not being deleted

I'm creating t2dTileLayers from files in script, but when I call safeDelete on them, it won't work. Every other object seems to be deleted correctly. What could be the reasons for the layers not getting erased?

Confirmed, safeDelete does not work on tile layer. No timers, no attached mounts. I don't know why it happens though.

'delete' works fine. You could do

tileLayer.schedule(0,delete)
