Build: 1.1 Beta 3

Platform: Windows Vista 7 64 bit

Target: Terrain Editors

Issues: after you create a terrain, rotate it. when you target the terrain in the terrain editor, youll see that the target circle is in 2 pieces - the outer target circle and the inner shaded area.... but now they are separate from each other. when you try to edit the terrain, by lowering or raising the height, it causes a "spikey" effect. its not smooth.

Steps to Repeat:
1. Launch the game
2. Press F11 to enter the terrain editor
3. create a terrain and rotate it.
4. at this point, you should notice that the circle is in 2 separate places.
5. choose the lower height button and lower the terrain area. at this point the terrain should be lowered and have a spikey efect.
