Looking for someone to integrate account/character storage (Non-MMORPG)

I have researched this for a few days, and it is just out of my scope and I just do not have the time to learn something new.

What I am aiming to achieve, is a a Diablo type multiplayer environment. Here are the features I am looking for:

1. In game account creation
2. Retrieval of account characters along with character info and inventory (info on character info and inventory system can be explained as needed)
3. Character deletion as well as creation (meaning reading and writing as well as deleting from whatever format is chosen)
