2D Effects Package (Effects not loading)

None of the effects in the 2D effects package load. I'm using Torque X 2D. There isn't any indication that the 2D Effects Package won't work for Torque X 2D. Anyone else have this problem?

@SlowDaddie: I was planning on trying the package out myself but after reading it a few times all the text says stuff like "TGB" or "Torque Game Builder", Torque X 2D is referred to as "TXB" or "TX2D". The title and requirements page is not specific at all though.

Can you let us know whats included with the package? Is there a folder with sprite sheets and sound effects? If there is, you could always manually create the animations and then set-up the sounds effects to play when the animation is ran.
