Windows 7 Crash Torque Demo

Every time i start the demo the game crashes. weather i try to edit or play it crashes. Any fixes please? i cant even test anything :(

also wanted to add all drivers are up to date :/ i didnt have a problem with torque 3D until i upgraded to windows 7..
