GGames, you make it too confusing to find the download....

Hi guys,
I just want to download the new update for Mac. Most software sites include a "Downloads" or "Updates" link in a prominent place....usually even on the main page.
Maybe you can just put a link that atleast explains what is needed in order to update....I can't find the update anywhere, even on my "My Garage" home page..

All one has to do to update is to go to thier homepage, find the product(in this case ThinkTanks)in the list of Downloadable Products You Own, and hit the download button next to the product. This will take you to the page to download the new version.

I'm on WinME, and I assume that it doesn't work because my default browser is Opera. Usually when something like this happens it's enough to try again with Opera open, but not in this case...
So I have to download the whole shebang again then? Okie-doke.

The in-game message doesn't work for me - I click it and TT closes, and.... that's it.I'm on WinME, and I assume that it doesn't work because my default browser is Opera. Usually when something like this happens it's enough to try again with Opera open, but not in this case...

Yes, make sure you are logged in, and then click on the 'my garage' link above. It will take you to your home page. You have the whole thing again (note that the download is quite a bit smaller than version 1.0)

If you purchased the game at shockwave.com, you will not be able to use the code from shockwave on a GarageGames build as the authentication systems are incompatible. The shockwave build of the game is identical to the 1.1 build gameplay wise and only lacks a few behind the scenes technical changes to make the download smaller.

Just curious, but if there is a 1.2 build, will it be available to those who stumbled into TT on Shockwave?

We have changed the upgrade process and you should now be able to launch the game and be taken to a direct link to the build. If you have been having problems, please try again.
