T3D 1.1 Beta 2 - dif interiors with normal maps are not lit properly - LOGGED

Build: 1.1 Beta 2
Platform: Windows 7 32-bit
Target: Material Editor

Issues: Any dif interior with a normal map is rendered full-bright.

Steps to Repeat:
1. Launch the game
2. Press F11 to open editor
3. Press F4 to open material editor
4. Add a normal map to a dif interior
5. Observe that dif is no-longer lit correctly and appears full-bright

Comments:
Basic and Advanced lighting are both affected
advancedLightmapSupport in LevelInfo, on and off are both affected

I get the same issue too, I was playing with the materials and noticed if you turn on "sub surface" then the lighting is corrected
