White PNG in T2DX, but correct settings...

Hey Guys,
I don't know if someone has an idea on how to solve this problem, but I'm starting to be a be pissed off :S
Here's the situation : I built my sprite sheets and when I go in game, the sprite appears as a White Square.
Here are the information about one of the sprite sheet :
Sprite sheet size : 2048 X 2048 (so it's a power of 2)
Cells size : 512 X 512 (Didn't take any chance, the cell is also a power of 2!)
File format : Png 24 (Exported in Photoshop as a Web PNG, so transparency should'nt be an issue!)
I tried a single cell (saved as a 512X512 image) and put it as a static sprite, not working either...
Right now, I have no clue...anybody has a brilliant idea? ;)
