Getting image map cells for animations properly aligned

Hi all, I was wondering if there is an easy way to setup a *.png file so all animation cells are properly aligned prior to loading it into Torque as an image map? I'm working off an animated sprite database which contains single cells, so I'm assuming the only way to get these into TGB is to paste all the cells into one single *.png file, create an image map with proper cell division in TBG and then create the animation.

I'm trying to use Photoshop to setup the file, but it's a lot of tedious work to align all of these animation keys together so the character does not jitter on screen when animating it inside of TGB.

Is there any suggestion you might offer which might make the process easier?

Thanks
