What's the difference?

I was looking at the new Torque 3D and there are 4 options. What's the difference between Individual and Studio?? I wasn't able to find a difference.

Torque 3D is the engine without source code. All editors, no feature delta, TorqueScript available.

Torque 3D Professional has everything the basic offers, plus full source code access.

Individual is a license that is tied to your account and your account alone. It's for a single seat and you cannot transfer it at all.

Studio licenses (yes, you can purchase multiple) provide you with the ability to assign seats to other people. So you can purchase three Torque 3D Professional studio licenses, assign one to yourself, and assign the other two to other people on your team.

If someone leaves your team, you can reclaim that license and transfer it to another person to replace the lost team member.

What about the other stuff, and why isnt there a nice table anymore?
1) splash screen requirements
2) product income limitation
3) make 'non-game' applications

Odd that these things arent posted, and havent found a way to view the EULA... unless from your account page.

1)So that means if i buy t3d(individual or binary) now i get everything except source code....am i right?

2)what is no feature delta means?
3)why there is no clarification on the t3d product page about this?

...just a little confused!

That's correct. Torque 3D is just the binary version, it has all the same features as Pro except for the source code. That's also what is meant by no feature delta. A feature delta refers to a difference in features between versions of software.

On the product page if you click Buy Now you'll see the chart that breaks down which versions have source code access (Individual Pro and Studio Pro) and which don't (Individual and Studio).
