Suggestion: GarageGames conference/seminar

I have not done much with Torque yet, and I feel as though I have too many questions to get past using anything but a face-to-face encounter with those "in the know". Has GG considered having a convention or seminar focusing on games from the particular perspective of Torque?
I would love to sit in on lectures by GG personnel or the high priest-like licensees to learn more about what can be done, how it is best done, and even just to find people able to listen to my ambitions and to help me understand if Torque is the right basis for them.

May be good to put it near GG (to get more of them there), or shoot for a location near a hub airport or (yeech) Vegas as they have cheapest airfares. Minimizing travel times/costs of the attendees is a consideration.tone

The date for this year has not been announced yet.
NOTE: This is NOT all about Torque / GG's although a good portion of the seminars and talk was about Torque last year.

If you want to meet the developers of Torque, and a number of people who are usin' Torque, it's a great place to do it. However, it's not nessisarily in the most convienient location - it's in Eugene, Or (where GarageGames is located.)
I went last year, and will be there again this year - highly recommended!

So is this date more or less official/set? Do we need to RSVP or anything?

Anybody know when the schedule of the convention is going to be up for viewing, or if they're taking ideas for roundtables or presentations?

Jay and Rick are working hard on getting the IGC site up and running... You should see results soon!
