Concept for a Seeer

This is a start of a concept for a Seeer.
A Seeer is very short, a big head, and large eyes. Seeers carry a walking stick as extra defense besides their brain. They can summon up natural and unnatural forces to attack any threat. Usually a Seeer rides an animal due to the fact that they can't run fast because of their short legs. Seeers are also known to predict events, wars, and more. They are generally sought after for knowledge but will fight if needed.
Sorry if he resembles Mr. Macky from Southpark a bit.
