T2D 2009 vs TGB Platformer Kit...what is the difference?

HI, I am thinking of purchasing one of these: Torque 2009 2D kit or the Torque 2D 2009 version(with source), I am planning to use one of the products to make a platformer game.
To be honest I'm completely confused as to the many versions of the TGB platformer kit(i understand the indie/commercial differences, but what does the "PRO" edition have that the other ones do not? I am interested in a product that has the source code included:
TGB Platformer Kit (Indie) $49.95
TGB Platformer Kit (Commercial) $199.95
TGB Platformer Kit Pro (Indie) $100
TGB Platformer Kit Pro (Commercial) $400
I searched on the site, but could not find an answer.
One more question, do I need to have purchased Torque 2D 2009 to have the TGB platformed kit work? or is it a standalone product? What are the differences between them (assets?, source code?)?
Thank You for the replies.

1.
So lets say if i get "Torque 2009 2D - Individual Pro" would the
"TGB Platformer Kit Pro (Indie)" be compatible?...just wanted to double check, before I purchase....
2. And I will always be able to upgrade both products later on if needed, correct? and pay only the difference in price(of the upgraded version)
Thank You again for clarifying.
So I presume the PRO is the product with the product with the source access, and commercial/indie, just allows for reselling rights to a developed game + its tied with the game's revenue.

If you buy Torque 2D Pro, buy the Platformer Kit Pro.
If you do not buy the pro version of either products, you may upgrade at a later date and only pay for the difference.
You're welcome!

The Platformer Kit Pro requires Torque 2D Pro.
The sole difference between the two products is that you get source access with the Pro. Both versions ship with compiled executables which you must use for your Platformer projects (unless you compile your own).
