..use firefox with the Noscript add-on and block zopim.com's java.

Thanks! I use Little Snitch, but the principle is the same - block the site. I'm constantly amazed by web developers who think that annoying their users is a good idea... although I suppose I should be used to it by now. :-(

It will go away on its own once we have more bug feedback on the new site going live. It is only going to be active for a very short time.

Kind of ironic then, since the only complaint I have with the new site was the feedback mechanism itself. :-)
